Race Package Pick Up
Saturday, November 30 :  11:30am-12:45pm  Race Site.

Start/Finish Location
The start and finish line will be on Pyramid Lake Road, just west of Bonhomme St., adjacent to the Jasper Activity Centre

Race Day Schedule:  Saturday November 30, 2024

11:30am – 12:45pm: Late Package Pickup (start area).  Start area & baggage check open
12:45pm: Final Race Briefing
1:00pm: 10 Mile Run Start
1:05pm: 8 km Run Start
1:10pm: 5 km Pino Run Start
1:15pm: 1 km Run/Walk Start
2:00pm-: Finishers!
5:30pm- Happy hour! Pick your favorite spot and support Jasper!

All Entry Packages Include:

• Custom event merchandise(if registered before November 20)
• Finisher Medal (at the finishline!)
• Event timing 
• Superb Post Race Snacks
• A chance to fundraise and support Jasper
• Aid (fluid) stations with great product to keep you going!

Refund Policy

All entries are non-refundable.
NO Refunds or Rollovers will be offered for any reason.

Transfer of Entry To Another Person
Participants will have the opportunity to transfer their entry to another person online only.
The following will apply:

• ONLY online up to November 20
• NO transfer of entries will be accepted on Race Day
• Any unauthorized transfer of entries will be disqualified from the race
• A $10 fee will be charged for each transfer of entry

Donation

Participants are encouraged to make donations during Online Registration.

Bib Numbers

Bib numbers contain information specific to you as a runner. Please ensure bib numbers are worn on the front and are visible by Race Marshals.

Timing
Chip timing will be used for all participants
*pending attendance.  Results may be manually calculated.

Pre Race
To be held at the event site.
Washroom and change facilities available within this area.
A baggage check will be available during the race.
Please do not bring valuables down to the event.
