The start and finish line will be on Pyramid Lake Road, just west of Bonhomme St., adjacent to the Jasper Activity Centre.
Race Day Schedule
Saturday, November 29
- 11:30 AM–12:45 PM: Late package pickup (start area). Start area & baggage check open
- 12:45 PM: Final race briefing
- 1:00 PM: 10 Mile Run start
- 1:05 PM: 8 km Run start
- 1:10 PM: 5 km Pino Run start
- 1:15 PM: 1 km Run/Walk start
- ~2:00 PM: Finishers begin arriving
- 5:30 PM: Happy hour — pick your favorite spot and support Jasper!
All Entry Packages Include
- Custom event merchandise (if registered before November 20)
- Finisher medal (awarded at the finish line)

Refund Policy
All entries are non-refundable. No refunds or rollovers will be offered for any reason.
Transfer of Entry to Another Person
Participants may transfer their entry online only. The following apply:
- Online transfers accepted up to November 20
- No race-day transfers
- Any unauthorized transfer will be disqualified
- $10 fee per transfer
Donations
Participants are encouraged to make donations during online registration.
Bib Numbers
Bib numbers contain runner-specific information. Please wear your bib on the front and ensure it is visible to race marshals.
Timing
Chip timing will be used for all participants. Pending attendance, results may be manually calculated.
Cutoff Times
The 16 km event has a strict 2.5-hour cutoff. The finish line closes at 4:30 PM for all distances. Please plan your pace accordingly and respect the cutoff to ensure a safe, smooth event for everyone.
Pre-Race
Pre-race will be held at the event site. Washroom and change facilities are available. A baggage check will be available during the race. Please do not bring valuables to the event.
After the Finish Line
Once you’ve crossed the finish line, nabbed that awesome finisher medal, and refueled, you’re free to go. Rest up and enjoy the evening in Jasper—support local businesses!
