Course Summary
All routes start on Pyramid Lake Road, adjacent to the Jasper Activity Centre.
The courses are out-and-back routes, with each turnaround clearly marked and staffed by volunteers. Turnaround locations also serve as aid stations.
Participants must stay on the shoulder of the roadway at all times and remain alert to vehicle traffic, changing road conditions, and weather. Please dress appropriately for the conditions and use extra caution if roads are wet, icy, or snow-covered.
Fluid Aid Stations
Aid stations will provide both water and sports drink.
5K: 1 aid station — at the turnaround
8K: 3 aid stations — approximately 2.5K, 4K and 6.5K
16K: 5 aid stations — approximately 2.5K, 4K, 9K, 12K and 13.5K
Volunteers will be positioned at each turnaround to help direct participants and keep everyone on course.
